Transmissions from Tomorrow's Apocalypse is a video piece comprised of fleeting, low-resolution video clips shot using a cellphone. Transmissions focuses on prosaic moments that when isolated, take on foreboding undertones. These videos play back in a random sequence, with a continually changing suggested narratives unfolding. The videos are projected from a small home-made video projector that has been built using plans from the internet and cobbled together from salvaged electronics.
